Accuracy and clarity

We check names, descriptions and factual claims before publication, and take care not to present a general impression as a universal rule. Where a detail is uncertain or varies by place, we say so. Our articles are intended as editorial information, not a substitute for checking current local arrangements when those matter.

Independence

Editorial choices are made for their relevance to readers. A commercial relationship does not guarantee coverage, a favourable view or a particular conclusion. We do not invent visits, experiences, sources or credentials.

Corrections

If you spot an error, contact us through the Contact page and identify the article and detail. We review correction requests and update published material when warranted; substantial changes should be made clear to readers.

Sponsored features, paid placements and other partner material are labelled so readers can distinguish them from independent editorial work. Some illustrations may be generated with AI; when used, they are identified as such and are not presented as documentary photographs.
